Breathe in healing sapphire light and allow yourself to focus on increasing your wellbeing.

Rub your hands together. Place them next to each other. Imagine that in each palm of your hands are holding a ball of Sapphire energy. Allow yourself to feel these powerful balls of energy and play with them, increasing their size and strength.

Place your hands on the part of your body that needs regeneration.

Say: "Divine Light, heal, purify and regenerate." Repeat this statement several times for about two minutes until you feel better.

身體療癒 @ 膝蓋

近半年來無形中一直被引導去學習很多跟身體連結有關的事，這應該也是我新的一年的功課之一.
當然血淚兼有，其中也有溫馨的事(跟阿公有關)，我居然為了懷念我很愛的阿公，讓自己的膝蓋總是有二三顆大痘子及它們的痂永遠在不會好，約已經有20年了(17~38yr) ，是去年11月與先生有天在家一邊看電視一邊閒聊中講到我膝蓋的痂 ，那時我的手正一邊在摸膝蓋上的痂，講著講著無意中察覺，忽然明白這一切是怎麼一回事，又感動又難過，然後告訴自己我不用再用這種方式懷念阿公了,我永遠愛他,他的愛也永遠在，我不知道我的膝蓋幫我承擔我捨不得他離開的難過情緒,因為小時候我的腳都撞的爛爛的,都是他帶我去敷藥(去中藥鋪買黑皮膏藥-要用火燒一燒變軟後撕開貼上那種，小時候我居然不怕也不嫌醜)，阿公常常會買好喝的紅茶或粉圓給我們吃，牽我們散步，阿公總是非常疼愛&寵我們， 很甜美的時光，一邊哭一邊感謝身體對我的愛及阿公，結果過幾天膝蓋神奇的好了，這麼多年，我的膝蓋第一次是完好的 ，感謝這一切愛的教導.
