身體療癒 @ 膝蓋
近半年來無形中一直被引導去學習很多跟身體連結有關的事，這應該也是我新的一年的功課之一.
當然血淚兼有，其中也有溫馨的事(跟阿公有關)，我居然為了懷念我很愛的阿公，讓自己的膝蓋總是有二三顆大痘子及它們的痂永遠在不會好， 約已經有20年了(17~38yr) ，是去年11月與先生有天在家一邊看電視一邊閒聊中講到我膝蓋的痂 ，那時我的手正一邊在摸膝蓋上的痂，講著講著無意中察覺，忽然明白這一切是怎麼一回事，又感動又難過，然後告訴自己我不用再用這種方式懷念阿公了,我永遠愛他,他的愛也永遠在，我不知道我的膝蓋幫我承擔我捨不得他離開的難過情緒,因為小時候我的腳都撞的爛爛的,都是他帶我去敷藥(去中藥鋪買黑皮膏藥-要用火燒一燒變軟後撕開貼上那種，小時候我居然不怕也不嫌醜)，阿公常常會買好喝的紅茶或粉圓給我們吃 ，牽我們散步，阿公總是非常疼愛&寵我們， 很甜美的時光，一邊哭一邊感謝身體對我的愛及阿公，結果過幾天膝蓋神奇的好了，這麼多年，我的膝蓋第一次是完好的 ，感謝這一切愛的教導.
